Mortapaint Pro Hybrid Wall Primer & Sealer is a ready-to-use masonry and concrete water resistant wall primer and sealer designed to enhance paint adhesion, reduce topcoat absorption, and provide a strong, even base for finishing coats. Powered by Hybrid Polymer Acrylic Technology, it combines the durability of acrylic with the flexibility of advanced polymers for unmatched performance over cement-based and skimcoated surfaces.

Formulated for high-alkaline substrates, Mortapaint Pro penetrates deep into concrete and plaster, binding loose particles and sealing pinholes to create a clean, paint-ready surface. Its high-opacity composition helps lower topcoat consumption while preventing chalking, peeling, and uneven gloss.

Ideal for both interior and exterior use, it can be used directly over newly applied skimcoat or plaster. No concrete neutralizer and additives needed.
